Our mission is to foster connections between local churches and nearby aged care centers, facilitating one-on-one visits between church volunteers and aged care residents. We are dedicated to building lasting friendships, offering companionship, and instilling hope.
Through our Seniors Hope program, volunteers engage in a special mission – cultivating enduring friendships with individual residents over an extended period of time.
